These terms are the deal between you and APEX. Clear, direct, no fine-print games. By creating an account or using APEX you agree to them.

The service

APEX is a fitness platform: training, running, nutrition, body tracking, recovery insights, and AI coaching. We continuously improve it and may add, change, or retire features.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use APEX. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription & Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with advance notice.

Health & safety

Training carries risk. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. APEX does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the platform: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, or interfering with other athletes' use of APEX. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

Your data is yours. You grant APEX the limited license needed to store and process it so the product works for you — nothing more.

Liability

APEX is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination & changes

You can close your account anytime in Settings. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
